Just as the soul is a patchwork of our life’s experiences, our core purpose, the struggles between our inclinations, contained and yet free, so too is the print in this exquisite, detailed and intricate design.
Free-spirited and poetic, joyful and yet restrained in a design that pulls it all together, holds it in a potpourri of bohemian splendour. Disparate pieces brought closer like the experiences of the soul’s journey and the gypsy’s wonderings.
Free-spirited and yet encompassed, with roots in love and poetry. With its origins in the French word, salmigondis, meaning ‘disparate assembly of things, ideas or people, forming an incoherent whole’ - Salmagundi is used figuratively to convey a fusion or assortment of things.
This modern mix of shades, motifs and prints is like a wondering patchwork, a free soul, yet it comes together to form a harmonious whole, a poetic patchwork of vibrancy and liberty. It symbolises the freedom and joy of being a wanderer, a gypsy, a believer in truth, in liberty and love.

The Degas Family
You may have seen some of Degas swimsuit shapes in past collections, but this is the first time we are showing you our Degas swimsuit pant! Much like the bikini top and one piece curve fit swimsuit shape, the Degas pant has the drawstring detail. This drawstring detail is on the side seam of the pant and allows you to change the coverage of the pant, making the swim pant either our regular coverage brief or tightening the side ties and having a high cut look.
Degas Bikini Top
Degas is designed for our feminine side. This shape has an on trend drawstring in the front neck which falls softly along the bust. This curve fit and plus size bikini swimsuit has underwire bust support to fit a D Cup to DD Cup bust size. This Degas bikini top has a drawstring bust detail that allows you to tailor your perfect Artesands fit
Fits cup sizes C - DD - This underwire swimsuit is designed to fit an D cup to DD cup bust with internal support features.
Underwires - This curve fit swimsuit has underwires for bust support designed to fit the curvy body shape.
Foam Boob Sling - This curve fit and plus size swimsuit has extra support through a foam padding that supports the side of your bust
Drawstring Bust Detail - Our Degas curve fit and plus size swimsuit has a drawstring feature on the bust that allows you to tailor your perfect fit! Simply tie the drawstring tighter for a smaller bust
Strong Back Clip - Our curve fit bikini top has a solid plastic back clip. This secures the bikini top on the bust and gives extra support.
Soft touch, high stretch swim fabric - All of our fabrications are an amazing soft touch fabrication with high stretch for support and comfort.
Convertible wide shoulder straps for extra comfort and support - All of our wide straps are supported with strong rings and sliders to avoid any breaking or rubbing, the wide straps sit flush on the shoulder without the discomfort of digging in.

Degas One Piece
Degas is designed for our feminine side. This shape has an on trend drawstring in the front neck which falls softly along the bust. Our curve fit and plus size one piece shape Degas has full body powermesh and ruching for body sculpting. This curve fit and plus size one piece swimsuit has multifit cup support to fit a C cup to DD cup with removable soft moulded cups. Degas has good moderate bottom coverage.
Fits cup sizes C - DD - Our Degas curve fit and plus size swimsuit can fit a variety of different cup sizes due to the multifit cup design feature.
Removable soft foam cups - Our curve fit and plus size swimsuit has soft removable cups.
Fits cup sizes C - DD Cup - This curve fit swimsuit is designed to fit an C cup, D cup, all the way through to a DD cup bust.

Our wide strap supportive shape Magritte is also available in our Salmagundi collection. Magritte is a multifit cup with removable pads. This shapes unique feature is the wide shoulder straps that are supportive and sit softly on the shoulders. Magritte is available in all bikini, tankini and one piece and can make the perfect swimwear set when paired back with our Botticelli swim pant.
Vermeer Family
Be charmed in our Artesands Vermeer plus size swimwear shape, our most feminine swimsuit silhouette that is designed to flatter. Our Vermeer is a flounce style pull on bandeau bikini with detachable straps. Our Vermeer shape is a multifit cup style with removable foam cups that create great bust shape. This style is best fitted for a bust size range of B cup, C cup, D cup and DD cup. This style is a bandeau swimsuit with removable adjustable straps. This full support bandeau will give you all the confidence you need to get a tan without strap lines. Vermeer is available in both a Bandeau one piece and a Bandeau bikini top!
Seurat Family
Artesands Seurat family is a number of styles that are sunsafe and all made from UPF 50+ fabrication. Here in Australia we know the importance of sun safety due to the harsh UV rays, these swimsuits are perfect for a day at the beach without having to worry about getting sun burnt or reapplying sunscreen to those hard to reach back areas!
Our Salmagundi print comes in both our Seurat Sunsuit and our Seurat short sleeved sun safe top.
Seurat Sun Suit
Be free to enjoy the summer in our curve fit and plus size sun safe Seurat sun suit. This one piece sun safe swimsuit features internal soft moulded multifit cups with a built in front shelf bra. With adjustable full zipper closure in the front and mid sleeve length. The length of the sleeve falls just above the elbow this allows for ease of arm movement but with the most amount sun protection. Our sunsuit has been designed with internal front powermesh for body sculpting confidence and good moderate bottom coverage. UPF 50+ to embrace the summer with maximum protection.

Chagall is one of our favourite bikini tops that is bound to sell out! Our Chagall curve fit and plus size soft cup bikini top has been designed for a smaller cup size and looks amazing on an A cup, B cup, C cup and D cup, this has removable multifit cups. Our Chagall midriff bikini top we say has fashion and form with a faux knot tie front, a small peephole and a cute flounce with just a little bit more coverage. Chagall has wide adjustable straps for extra comfort and support and a back clip is for strength.
Cezanne Family
Cezanne One Piece
Our best selling shape Cezanne curve fit and plus size One Piece is also available in Salmagundi! Make a curve statement in our Artesands Cezanne plus size one piece, the most flattering swimsuit shape EVER. Our Cezanne one piece has a mock knot tie at the front that covers a full internal cup support system. Our Cezanne shape is an underwire style with full foam cups that create great bust shape for a D cup, DD cup and E cup. But it is the peep hole on this style that creates the most amazing figure flattering illusion. The peephole creates a body enhancing hourglass shape and when paired back with our full body 360 degree powermesh and our front panel ruching this style is truly flattering. Cezanne has good moderate bottom coverage.

Understanding the + Symbol
If you already own an Artesands curve fit plus size swimsuit you will notice all of our sizes on the garment tag have a little + symbol. This plus symbol symbolises ‘plus a little bit more’. As we design all of our swimwear on an Australian size 18 model this means we have allocated for more fabric and fitting to be allocated across the body, we know as well as anyone that when you go up a size its in all different areas of the body.
