Fitting FAQS

You'll notice on our Artesands size label that each individual size is accentuated with a plus symbol + after each size. The plus symbol means - PLUS A LITTLE BIT MORE.

At Artesands we have developed our own unique grading system to fit the curves of all women. We understand that everybody’s shape is different and we have developed a sizing and swimsuit fitting system that allows just a little bit more into the areas of our bodies that tend to be more curvaceous.

We allow for a little bit more room through the mid-section, at the top of your back, underarm, and a bit more through the hips. If you have curves and you try an Artesands swimsuit you will love how our ‘plus a little bit’ more curve fit sizing structure sits softer on your body.

Measuring your body accurately is of extreme importance to make sure you order the best fitting curve fit or plus size swimsuit possible for your body shape and size. There are 6 key measurements you need to accurately measure yourself. These are of your bust, under bust, waist, high hip, low hip and torso length.

Powermesh is a type of lining we use to line all of our Artesands curvy swimsuits. It is a net-like fabric that is incredibly stretchy, soft, and compressive but not restrictive. Powermesh is our secret ingredient that makes our Artesands women's swimwear so special.

When you break it down it is quite simple, multifit means this swimsuit fits a multitude of different sizes. You do not have to worry that the multifit cup will not fit as its dual sizing, this means it will be able to fit many shapes and curves. Moulded multifit cups help to create a sculpting Silhouette all in one curve.

Yes! These multifit cups are also graded to be the same size as the swimsuit you buy, so for an example if you buy a Delacroix Australian size 12+ garment the cups will be smaller than an Australian size 24+ curve fit swimsuit.

No one’s boobs are too small. Your boobs are just right for your body. 

When choosing your new curvy swimsuit it is important to buy for your body shape and your cup size is one of those important fit measurements.

After placing your order with Artesands, we’ll send you your order confirmation in an email
with your order number and the details of your order.


If you didn’t receive this email, please check your junk folder and if it’s not there, contact our customer care team via Live Chat Monday-Friday 9am-5pm AEST, or email us at info@artesands.com.au and we will resend you your order confirmation.

As soon as we pick, pack and dispatch your order, we will send you an email with your
tracking information! You’ll be able to track your package when we hand it over to our courier. To find where your package is, use the below links:

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order after it has been placed. However, if you have entered the incorrect shipping address please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

If a faulty item is delivered to you, please contact customer care as soon as possible with:
-Your order number
-Style number, colour & size
-Two or more photos of faulty item

If you have not received all the items you ordered, Please email our customer service team at info@artesands.com.au and we’ll work to amend this as quickly as possible.

Select store credit or exchange to avoid any postage costs.

If you are returning your items for a refund, you will be charged an $11.95 handling fee, this amount will be deducted from your total refund amount. Returns for store credits and exchanges are free of charge.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Prices and payment are always shown in your local currency.

If the currency shown is not the one from your country, you can switch to your local currency from the drop-down menu in the footer of the website.

We understand that some customers may try to shop in a different currency, however at checkout, the system will automatically revert to your local currency.

Shopping in your local currency does not affect the quality or value of the item you are purchasing!

There is a section specially for promo codes in our check out! After clicking ‘Check Out’ in your cart, you will be directed to the ‘Information’ tab where on the right-hand side of the page is the section for you to enter your discount code/gift card number.

Enter the promo code or gift card number here and click APPLY. This will automatically update your order total to the discounted price.

Please note, we cannot apply your discount code after you have placed your order.

Gift Cards are purchased through our website and expire after 3 years. Gift Cards are exempt from customs duties and taxes.

Gift Card-only orders are delivered free of charge. Standard delivery charges apply when a Gift Card(s) are purchased in a mixed basket with other products.

Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded as account credit, which can be redeemed against your next order.

Gift cards can not be transferred between stores.

Return FAQS

If the swimwear you have purchased isn’t quite right, we offer your choice of a:

Store Credit (3 year expiry).
Exchange OR
Full Refund

You will receive a free returns label if you choose to return your items for a store credit or an exchange.

Items that fit the following criteria are eligible for a return:

Full priced (not marked with ‘FINAL SALE’)*
Ordered within the last 30 days.
In original condition, un-worn and un-washed with tags and hygiene label attached.

*PLEASE NOTE:

Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit unless faulty.

Items purchased with a discount code or temporary promotion will be accepted for a return through the online returns portal.

If the order was paid for with a gift card, the money will be returned back onto the gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned for cash.

Exchanges are only available for AU and US customers at this time.

Refunds exclude shipping costs. These charges will not be refunded.

Unfortunately as much as we'd like to further assist you, we would not be able to since this was not directly purchased from our online store.

If you could please contact your store of purchase regarding your item, they will assist you with compensation based on their store policy.

Same Day + Next Day Shipping

If your postcode is eligible for same day and next day delivery, the option will appear at checkout after you have entered your address. Sydney same day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am AEST during weekdays. Sydney next day delivery is available for orders placed before 8pm AEST during weekdays, and on weekends orders will be delivered on the following business day.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a live tracking link so you can track your delivery in real time.

Our next day delivery option costs $16.95 and our same day delivery option costs $18.95.

All our next day and same day delivery options are delivered by our partner Deliver In Person.

Of course, however same day delivery is only guaranteed for residential addresses.

Our couriers deliver same day orders until 9pm every business day so delivery cannot be guaranteed before close of a business address.

As much as we try to cater to any changes made after an order has been placed, unfortunately, we cannot update or cancel your shipping method

PayPal eCheck payments will not be dispatched from our warehouse until payment is cleared. PayPal Express advises this can take up to 7 business days. Please reach out to our CS team if you wish to amend your shipping method to standard post. It's important to note, our warehouse will only dispatch your order until these funds clear.

Next/Same Day Delivery will only be applied after payment has been cleared and order has been packed.

This applies to all payment methods that are not instant, excluding Afterpay & Klarna.
