i=Change
Your choice = change.
Here at Artesands, we are committed to making a difference in both the curve fit and plus size swimwear industry and the wider world. That is why we have partnered with i=Change in our mission to create change and work toward a more inclusive and equal future.
We are honoured to help support charities that are enabling impactful change for those in need.
We give our customers the option of donating $1 of every order to a charity of their choice. See the details of the projects that we are supporting below.
To participate in creating change, simply engage with the i=Change pop up after completing your order. The full donation reaches the charity. No transaction or processing fees will be charged.

Keep Girls in School
Millions of girls miss up to 20% of the school year or drop out completely because of social taboos and a lack of access to affordable menstrual hygiene management.
This increases their likelihood of early pregnancy and child marriage, has huge consequences on their education and the rest of their lives.
Plan trains school representatives and community health clubs to debunk myths and taboos around menstruation, engaging girls and boys in the process, and teaching the skills necessary to make their own reusable sanitary pads.
Every $25 provides access to menstrual hygiene management that secures a girl's education.
Clothe the Vulnerable
The clothes we choose to wear not only protect us from the elements but reflect and affect our confidence and self-esteem.
In Australia one in eight adults and one in six children do not have adequate access to essential clothing. Circumstances and disadvantage should not prevent people from accessing clothing to allow them to realise their full potential.
Thread Together addresses this uncomfortable truth by providing new clothes to those in need. This includes women escaping domestic violence, homeless adults and children, and those who just arrived in the country seeking refuge.
New clothing is also provided to the long-term unemployed, seeking equal standing when going to an interview, those coming out of long-term health care, and many who are rebuilding their lives after being devastated by the droughts, the recent bushfires and now the pandemic.
Every $5 provides a new wardrobe.
Provide Life Aid
The focus for women in early adulthood includes settling into careers, relationships, adjusting to greater independence, and parenthood. So when a young woman receives a cancer diagnosis, their focus is diverted to survival.
Cancer Chicks' mission is to support, empower and enhance the lives of young women affected by cancer with resources, services, and community engagement.
Their Navigational Carer service aims to alleviate the anxiety and effort of sourcing (non-medical) support while they undergo treatment.
Cancer Chicks services are cost-free, whether emotional, social, practical, or for financial support. This includes workplace assistance, temporary physical support, or transport and accommodation for chemotherapy sessions. We also remain in constant contact with affected young women, to support them along their journey.
